Our classic small-batch jerky is made using traditional family recipes fine-tuned over the course of four generations. Using exclusively Canadian whole-muscle cuts, our beef is seasoned and marinated overnight before being hardwood smoked using our signature blend of maple and hickory chips. Available in three flavours, it’s ideal for jerky-lovers who know what they love and love what they know.
